Since suspending the development of the Javelin in late December 2007, the Aviation Technology Board of Directors has continued to engage in negotiations with its strategic partner and various financial institutions. These discussions include developing alternatives to continue operations in the short-term as well as long-term options.

ATG, with the help from a Wall Street banking institution, has been seeking funding to continue its Javelin high performance business jet and military trainer for the past 12 months. Due to circumstances beyond ATG's control, it is unlikely that adequately funding can be secured in a timely manner. ATG has therefore decided to halt development of the Javelin at this time. Further action will be decided upon after proper communication with our strategic business partner.

Javelin Program Update
Despite keeping a low public profile this summer, ATG has been diligently working behind the scenes to secure funding to sustain the Javelin development program through FAA certification. Earlier this year, we formally engaged with Citigroup, one of the largest and most respected investment banking organizations in the world, to help secure private equity financing requirements.

Aviation Technology Group Inc., (ATG) announced the addition of Mike Moshier to its board of directors. The new addition brings a total of 11 seats to the ATG board.

FAA officials overseeing the Javelin program visited Aviation Technology Group Inc. (ATG) yesterday for a company tour and overview. The officials included John Hickey, director of Aircraft Certification; Kim Smith, manager of Small Airplane Directorate; Ali Bahrami, manager of Transport Airplane Directorate; and Mansour Rafat, program manager for ATG Javelin certification project.
